Do you accept returns, refunds and or exchanges?
If you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may contact us for a return within 7 days of receipt. Returned product(s) must be unused, unopened and in it’s original packaging. Returned products are subjected to inspection and approval. Returns, refunds and exchanges may be subjected to a restocking fee (10% - Unopened, Unused, In original packaging
What if I received damaged, defective or incorrect product(s)?
Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt (from the date you received your product). Please email us at customerservice@mywoos.co or WhatsApp us at 601111754322 and include order number, a detailed description of problem and photos/videos of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received.Product(s) may or may not be subjected to returns. Damaged or defective product(s) will be replaced with an identical product or refunded, whichever is preferred. Incorrect product(s) should be returned unused and unopened in its original packaging. The return shipping fee for damaged, defective and incorrect product(s) will be borne by us. International customers will be refunded.
What if my product(s) is broken or damaged after 7 days of receipt or after opening and or using the product(s)?
