Yes, WooS is generally safe when used as suggested. However, if you are pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician.

We do not have a physical store at the moment, so all purchases are made online only.

We accept most major payment methods;

What is the transaction currency?
All transaction currency is in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
Can I use multiple discount/coupon codes at checkout?
No, only one discount/coupon code can be used at a time at checkout.
Ongoing promotional codes can't be used with loyalty rewards code.
Shipping
What courier do you use?
Our default courier is PosLaju.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped out within 1 working day upon successful purchase, unless informed otherwise.
Depending on your location, usually takes 1-5 working days for your parcel to arrive.
Please expect a delay in delivery during festive or peak season.
*Note: You will receive an email containing the tracking number once your order has been shipped out (check your spam folder if it is not found in your inbox).
How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping charges depends on location and weight. You can check out the shipping charges at checkout.
We offer free shipping for all orders RM100 or more (Malaysian addresses only).
Do you ship outside Malaysia?
Yes, we now ship internationally! Please send us an email at customerservice@mywoos.co or WhatsApp us at 601111754322 to get the shipping fee.
Do you offer self pickup and rider delivery (Grab, Lalamove)?
Yes we do offer these service at our facility in Bukit Jelutong at the following office hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm except 1pm - 2pm
Friday: 9am - 5pm except 12.30pm - 2.30pm
*Note: Order confirmation needs to be done at least 2 hours before pickup.
