The science and safety behind WooS
Essential oils play a role to help with the anxiety, depression, insomnia, difficulty focusing and coughing and phlegm that comes upon smoking/vaping withdrawal.
Here are some studies and articles on essential oils and smoking cessation and withdrawal:
- Inhalation of vapor from black pepper extract reduces smoking withdrawal symptoms
- The effects of aromatherapy on nicotine craving on a U.S. campus: a small comparison study

Do note that these are small studies and while essential oils may help with smoking/vaping cessation, more research needs to be done in this field.
On top of that, WooS is designed to mimic the habit of hand-to-mouth movement during smoking/vaping so that transition and cessation become easier.
